leftover easy italian chicken & broccoli

6:45pm  snack
1 orange & 10 almonds
water

7:00pm  workout

10:30pm  dinner
romaine & red leaf lettuce salad with lemon pepper and newman's own light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
whole wheat pasta with organic marinara with lean (7%) ground beef, fresh garlic, italian seasoning, and extra basil & oregano added
sparkling water
