15 frozen grapes & 10 almonds
water

7:00am workout

drank 2L water

9:00am breakfast
2 scrambled eggs with spinach
2 small sausage links
water

12:15pm snack
1 white peach & 10 almonds
water

2:30pm lunch
romaine & red leaf lettuce salad with lemon pepper and newman's own light
balsamic vinaigrette dressing
leftover whole wheat pasta with organic marinara with lean (7%) ground beef,
fresh garlic, italian seasoning, and extra basil & oregano added
water

6:45pm snack
1 black plum & 10 almonds
water

8:45pm dinner
2 small hamburger patties, seasoned, with lettuce, tomato, & onion
veggies
water
