2 scrambled eggs with tomatoes and green & red bell peppers
1 sausage link

1:00pm  lunch
1/2 cup tuna salad with mixed veggies
water

3:45pm  snack
1/2 granny smith apple & 10 almonds
water

8:00pm  dinner
hamburger patty with mixed veggies
water
