chicken stir fry with zucchini, cilantro, green onions, green bell peppers, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, and garlic

3:15pm snack
1 green apple & 10 almonds

6:15pm pre-workout snack

subway tuna salad low carb wrap with cucumber, lettuce, tomato, olives, salt & pepper, and oil & vinegar
